Roux Tween Time Hair Crayon
A close runner-up was the Roux Tween Time Hair Crayon priced at $8.00. It’s available in five shades and application is easy. To use, wet the crayon-like tip and apply to the roots of your hair. The Roux Tween Time Hair Crayon is designed to be used as a temporary hair color touch-up product. It’s significantly less expensive than the Oscar Blandi version and it’s great at hiding small areas of gray and blends re-growth area at the scalp.
